Codes of Medical Ethics: An Overview

Abstract	Medical profession inevitably related with the well- being of patients through accurate diagnosis of the disease, skillful proper treatment blended with soecialized updated knowledge, cimmitment to take care. But along with these, an ethical boundary or strong code of moral guideline should be there in this profession also, like all others, which not only protect the best interests of patient and his or her decisions making rights but also maintain a healthy, honest, mutual relationship between Doctor and Patient based in trust and respect. This article aims to focus the fundamental four pillers of medical ethics, namely, patient’s non-maleficience, beneficience, autonomy and justice with an explanation.
