| Abstract | In the departmental proceedings, when the principles of natural justice are not followed by the concerned administrative/inquiring/disciplinary authorities coupled with systemic infirmities, the Government servant proceeded against faces a lot of challenges and hardships. Many a time, this leads to violation of his human rights also. This problem is discussed in this paper. |
