| Abstract | Nursing professionals work in highly demanding healthcare environments that may significantly influence their psychological well-being. In modern healthcare systems, factors such as workload, technological changes, and workplace conditions play important roles in shaping nurses’ mental health. The present study aims to examine the relationship between work environment, psychological capital, and mental health among nursing professionals. Psychological capital, consisting of hope, optimism, resilience, and self-efficacy, represents an important psychological resource that helps individuals cope with workplace challenges and stress. The study was conducted among nursing professionals working in healthcare institutions. Standardized psychological scales were used to measure work environment, psychological capital, and mental health. Statistical techniques such as correlation and regression analysis were employed to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that a supportive work environment and higher levels of psychological capital are associated with better mental health among nurses. The results highlight the importance of organizational support and psychological resource in promoting well-being in healthcare settings. The study suggests that healthcare organizations should focus on improving workplace conditions and enhancing psychological resources to promote mental health among nursing professionals. |
