English Language Works as Tool of Creating Employment Opportunities for Young People at National and International Level

| Abstract | Abstract It is very common as we know that English is one of the widely spoken languages in the world. It has become the global language of communication, education, business, science, and technology. For young people, learning English is a powerful tool that opens the door to many job opportunities at both the National and International levels. In today's competitive world, proficiency and competence in English play a crucial role in creating employment opportunities for younger generation. It enables individuals to communicate effectively with logic, access for quality education, and compete successfully in the global job market. When we talk particularly about Indian young aspirants who are longing to have jobs at the national as well as international level, they need lot of skills pertaining to English Language and ostensibly, its proficiency increases employability in sectors such as information technology, banking, healthcare, tourism, hospitality, aviation, education, media, and customer service. Many multinational companies and private organizations prefer candidates with strong English communication skills because they can interact confidently with clients, colleagues, and customers from diverse backgrounds. Effective English can enhance career advancement by improving professional communication, leadership, abundant skills and networking abilities. It is pertinent to mention here that at both the international and national level, English serves as a bridge for global employment and higher education. It is obvious that higher education opens doors to careers in multinational corporations, international organizations, research institutions, and foreign universities. Professionals with good command of English can access huge job opportunities, can also participate in international conferences, and collaborate with experts across the world. Moreover, the growth of remote work and digital platforms has further increased the demand for English-speaking professionals. In addition, English provides access to a vast amount of online learning resources, professional certifications, and technological innovations, helping young people continuously upgrade their skills and remain competitive in the evolving global economy. Being a teacher of English I conduct free English language classes in my village where many students registered and very eager to develop their skills because in all the govt as well as private jobs need lot of communicative skills and I facilitate them.Moreover,I have my YOUTUBE Channel where I uploaded small videos pertaining to grammar and many local students get relevant information for facing competitive exams. |
