Modeling And Analysis Of Queueing Systems Using Fuzzy Estimators

Author(s) Dr. Pushpandra Kumar
Country India
Abstract Queueing models are investigated through fuzzy estimators in this study. Queueing modeling refers to a mathematical technique used in the analysis of queueing systems. The central challenge in any queueing system is one of balancing between the increased costs due to better service provision and the costs incurred due to customers' wait time. This study proposes a novel fuzzy technique for use in queueing models to overcome the shortcomings of point estimations and associated paradoxes in determining the efficiency of queues when dealing with inconsistent information. Fuzzy estimators are used in considering both the Poisson distribution for the arrival rate and the exponential distribution for service times in queueing systems.
