Abstract This study examines employee job satisfaction at Shri Jagdamba Engineering, with the aim of understanding employees’ satisfaction with salary, working environment, job security, supervision, relationships with co-workers, recognition, skill development, career growth, workload, and management communication. The study is based on primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from employees of the organisation. The responses were analysed using percentage-based analysis to identify the major factors influencing job satisfaction. The findings indicate the overall level of employee satisfaction and highlight areas where management can improve employee experience and workplace effectiveness.
